Precast foundations have to be installed over the assembled under-foundation slab (eventually reinforced) to keep the stress on the ground under acceptable limits. The average depth of the digging is dependent on the ground profile too.

Are dimensioned according to the specific use conditions, the indicated depth, and will be fulfilled according to
the following secondary elements:
- brackets for cranes, according to the hook load of 5 to 100 tons.
- beam brackets;
- surrounding brackets for intermediary floors, that can be built on two, three, or four sides of the pillar, according to the desired position.
