MAGNETTI BUILDING ROMANIA
Showing power in its values the Magnetti Group is present in Romania with Magnetti Building, a building of 14.000 square meters developed on 60.000 square meters. The industrial building is made out of four openings and each production line is intended for a specific precast item.
Likewise, the concrete production unit, recently installed, belongs to the last generation and is similar to the Magnetti plant in Italy. Next to the industrial area is the office building, that groups within its space the technical activities (design, management, quality, supply and logistics), the administrative and commercial activities. Presently the company has 15 clerks and 40 workers.
Magnetti Building offers itself as a privileged partner both to the local operators (professionals, technicians, companies) as well as the foreign operators dealing with projects in Romania and eastern Europe. The staff made of highly qualified technicians, helped by the superior knowledge background of the Italian mother-company, will guarantee the collaboration with the client for the important stages of the work on the project. Magnetti Building performs within the industrial and trade buildings area and it has over 18 million square meters of building experience, and 3 branches, in Bergamo, Perugia and Bucharest. Besides supplying precast systems, it commands an organization structured to offer not only a contractor to supply “ready to use” facilities, but a modern partner too, able to provide complete and competitive solutions for the small building, up to the accomplishment of the large multi-storied project.
